This deal is better than good. The U2412M is an IPS monitor that costs over half of what the discounted system does.

In addition, this offering adds video card options (like a GTS 450 for $20 and even a GTX 560) that usually aren't available with the discount.

The only downside, if there is one, is no USB 3.0.

The U2412M is worth about $300-$350. It's not the U2410 thats upwards of $400.

You can also add 2x USB3.0 slots for $38.

Its a good deal for the monitor CPU etc. Not absolutely jaw dropping, especially with the underpowered GPU but a good deal nonetheless. Would be a great upgrade for most users.
