I bought a Citizen watch also say below what it was selling for anywhere else, but I didn't get free shipping. Instead I used a 10%-off coupon(coupon code: EXTSALE_10). You have to wait until the confirmation order page to put the coupon in, or it doesn't hold (some problem with their website, I assume).

You buy something expensive on the site like a watch, and 10% makes a BIG difference! It can save you more than the cost of shipping.
