This is kind of a lengthy process but legit. They will send you paperwork to sign and you must meet the requirements(have kids ages 7-17 and everyone willing to participate in answering some questions online). The survey itself doesn't take too long and you can choose to be paid $15.00 or be entered into a drawing.

Sorry if this is a repeat(I did a search) or if it isn't allowed in freebies.

Thanks, Tori!

Only problem is the time commitment for $15:

Time Committment

After a brief (15 min) phone/email interview access codes for the surveys will be sent to participants. One parent, usually the primary caregiver, will complete a background information questionnaire (10 min) and a parenting questionnaire (15-25 min). For two-parent families, each partner will also complete a couple relationship questionnaire (30 min). The child and the child's teacher (if participating) will fill out one questionnaire each about the child's emotional skills (10-20 min).

Yea, it is lengthy but I just thought I'd pass it along to anyone with nothing better to do - like me ;) I'm completing it now and truthfully the survey hasn't taken near as long as they said it would, and since the kids are out for summer the teacher part is nitched. I didn't do the phone interview, just an email thing that wasn't too time consuming.

Sorry if it's a dud! I'm not too good at posting these freebies :o

$15 for less than an hours work talking about my kids. Excellent. Thanks. :)

Sorry you misconstrued my comment. It's a great freebie, it just seemed like a scary time commitment to me based on the website information. Now that you say it isn't that bad, I will probably give it a try.

Thanks again, Tori!!:bigok:

After answering the preliminary questions I received this (is the first paragraph of the email)...

Thank you for your interest in the national study on family relationships and emotional skills in children. I would love to have your family's participation in this study, but for the purposes of this study I can only include families where at least one parent has completed a minimum of two years of college, or an Associates Degree.

Email sent...let's hope my family gets selected.
