Did anybody do this offer? I am suspicious of this deal. I already have a Paypal account but this offer wanted be create new passwords and wouldn't let me just log in to my Paypal account.

Looks like the free shipping coupon expired:
'The promotion code you entered has expired.'
And it looks like that error was wrong, they added the following line to the item itself:
'This special offer cannot be combined with Promotion Codes.'
800-Flowers is consistently wrong with 'discounts' like this, they sell your name (spam), etc. AVOID them imho!
So it's more or less this deal, just not. It's essentially free shipping by purchasing via paypal. This is why we can't have nice things anymore.

At 1000 am Chicago Time today, after spending nearly 20 minutes trying to find this offer, the site says 'OFFER EXPIRED' Please do not include this kind of fraudulent offers in future.
DOESN'T WORK
Once you apply the $15 credit, the site will not let you get the $24 deal. Also, the free shipping promo code has expired. This deal is worthless.
Free shipping code does not work. Shipping on that bouquet is only available for Friday May 9th and Sat May 10th. $15 off is nice, but the rest of this makes the deal disappointing.
