I learnt my lesson the long way. Do your homework/research. The prices depend upon how bright the light is measured in K. For example and light between 3900K to 5000K is like seeing daylight. Less than 3000K is like a yellow to bright yellow light. These yellow lights are cheap and consume very little electricity.
