The manufacturers of Grove Square Coffee have agreed to pay $25 million to settle class action claims
that its single cup products meant to be used in Keurig machines contain instant coffee instead of ground coffee.

Alabama, California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee consumers
who purchased Grove Square Coffee in the single cup version between Sept. 30, 2019 and Sept. 30, 2014,
could get cash from this settlement.

New York residents who file a valid claim can expect to receive $275;

You might remember that these were sold in WALMART AND BED BATH AND BEYOND
and some other places for you to use in your Keurig coffee maker.
