yea since the unionizing effort at Starbucks, I haven't went back. I would support unionizing efforts in the early days when there were no worker protection but nowadays its just incentivizing mediocrity and de-incentivize innovation.
A completely unnecessary expense. Make your coffee at home and pay yourself, not Starbucks.
