It's important to note that this adaptor does nothing to balance the sound level of two headphones, if they are of different brands or models. You'll find one playing very loud, one soft, etc. I tried with one Sony and one Apple, and I sure wished we'd had two of the same model headphone. One of us couldn't hear well, and the other had their ears blown off.
