they're refurbished but as far as i've tested, my phone worked just fine.
decent price for a 2.4 ghz phone and answering machine.
i found them at the corner of telephone section, so you might need to spend some time looking around.
I could use one of these. Are you sure they have them at all the Micro Center stores? I doubt they would. It wasn't in their flyer and it seems like a rather specialty item.
