gazin, I got the same e-mail... no release to print and sign. However, when I forwarded the message to my hotmail account the attachment showed up. I don't know what the deal with that was, so maybe try forwarding your message to another account and see if it comes up. hth!

When you get done with the shoes you have to send them back dont you? I was just wondering about it if any one knows the answer.
It did state that you must return the shoes at the end.
I put in for my 4 kids (free loaner shoes!!!). We'll see.....
I got the same email, without a release to fill out. I only have one email account, so I guess I won't be participating. Oh, well.
wish I could sign up my daughter, but she has 2 different size feet and wears orthotics...I'll try the shoes out for her tho!
Haven't heard anything back either way. Hope that means I'll be included. I tested things before, but never clothing or shoes. Should be an interesting experience.

Received my agreement, release and waiver form in the mail today~I guess I actually got in on one of these!! Hooray!!
got a email today, thanking me for sending in the agreement you had to sign, said i was accepted and told me how to sign up my account online
I think that this is open for sign up again as well. When I went to the main page it didn't say anything about it not taking new people.
