Revert, when I got my message it didn't have an attachment either so I forwared the message to my hotmail account and then the attachment appeared. So maybe try forwarding it to another email address.
Hey, I got two new pairs of shoes today from NIKE. The only thing in the box was the shoes and the return label. I checked my email and there wasn't anything from Nike letting me know that I was going to get shoes or even when or where to use them. Is this normal? I have no idea when to turn them back in either. WTF?? Someone help me, will you? Guess i'll email them or call them.....what do you think?
the stubblefield:
Log in to your account at Nike and see if there is a wear log there. I would definitely call them or send them an email. I know that different shoes have different "rules." The ones that I had said I had to put exactly 175 miles on them.
You got TWO pair at once? How do they expect you to wear them both??? ;)
I couldn't believe that I got two shoes either. I thought there was a pair for me and one for my youngest daughter, but NO, two of the exact same shoes. Only thing in there was the return slip. Guess I'll email them and call them!! Thanks Kabe
I did get an email back from Nike, conforming my information.
Bump! This is valid again.
