The link is right above the quote in Peanut's first post. I see that ICSA Labs has certified Panda Titanium 2006 Antivirus and Panda Internet Security 2007 but not Panda’s Platinum Internet Security.

    Hi!
THe panda version that is free is the 2006 version, so it must be I can't see why it is not ICSA certified. I have used Pand in the past and it is a very good antivirus progra. Plus, since it is a suite, it comes with firewall and spyware blocker. The spyware blocker is average. I would go with SpySweeper which is the best. The only thing I do not like about Panda is the high renewal proce ($59). Other than that, check out the reviews online from pcmag and pcworld. Remember, this is a FREE commercial version which someone else spent money on and gyou are getting it for free.
