    Thank You, MysticalChic!

    Born & raised here!

Just wanted to add the following for the women whom live in & around Seattle, since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so what better way to get a mammogram than via a spa, complete with robe, hot cup of tea, and a foot massage, especially if one has a history of breast cancer in the family (no matter the age, always good to get a check up):

    MOViN Mobile Mammogram
    October 3rd, 10th & 17th 9AM-5PM
October is Breast Cancer awareness Month and MOViN 92.5's MOViN Mobile Mammograms are here for you! Click here for more info.

MOViN 92.5 in partnership with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Swedish Comprehensive Breast Center and Gene Juarez Salons & Spas are helping raise awareness about Breast Cancer throughout the month of October with the 5th Annual Mobile Mammogram Program.

On Tuesday October 3, 10 and 17 from 9am - 5pm, the Swedish Mobile Mammogram will be available at select Gene Juarez Salons & Spas locations for women over 40 to receive a mammography.

Your MOViN Mammography will be special, because as soon as you step into the Gene Juarez Salon and Spa, you'll feel your worries start to melt away. Relax in your luxurious spa robe as you sip a cup of tea in the tranquil relaxation area. Then enjoy a soothing aromatic foot soak. We promise to make your experience as stress-free as possible!

For more information or to schedule your appointment, please call the Community Health Access Program (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) at 1-800-756-5437.

In 2006, breast cancer remains the most common form of cancer among women living in the United States. More than 200,000 women will be diagnosed this year; 40,000 will not survive. There is still no cure for breast cancer, but early detection provides the greates opportunity for survival. Regular self-breast examinations and an annual examination from your healthcare provider should be a part of your breast health routine. Women over 40 are advised to get an annual mammogram as well.
