Go to www.statefarm.com and log into your account

on the left side of the screen you will see a link that says "FREE tax filing". Click on this link.

It will take you to a screen that says Intuit, the creators of TurboTax, has agreed to provide you the ability to file your 2006 income tax online free of charge. By clicking on the Continue button, you will be transferred to Intuit's website.

Click continue and it will take you to the Turbo Tax website.

Worked for me. They also have a free McAfee download too. The link is right above the link for the free tax filing.
