if u dont know how to build your own PC.. I suggest you buy Barebone system.. (if u have alot of $ ignore this..)
Pricewatch is full of a lot of garbage in my opinion. I usually use pricegrabber.com though nothing beats scouring forums for great deals ;)

the price in Pricewatch.com is those PC store put in there for promotion. That mean when u call up to them u better said u found the price from pricewatch.com so they give u that price.
