    I'm having issues with Buy.com. I need help please!!!

    Do anyone know what I should do with buy.com? I recently bought a cellphone and subscript ATT service thru them. They had a promotion that if you buy a phone, you will recieve a 19.99 ecoupon from them to purchase a dvd from 19.99 and over. I used my coupon but I made a mistake so I cancelled my order. I emailed support to reset my coupon and here what they said after two email replies:

    We are responding to your inquiry regarding how to use a coupon.

    We appologize for any inconvience this may have caused,

    Unfortunately Buy.com coupons are only available for use one time, even

    What can I do to make them respond to my emails again because it seems like they are ignoring me. WHat can I say to scare them or something. help please!!!

    hahaha...you want to pay 9.95? H*ll no! THey want charge me $9.95 for taking to them on the phone. THats crazy!

    But anyways, they finally gave in so I will get my coupon discount after all.

    that's cool that they gave in. i actually emailed buy.com customer service after reading your post, and even referenced your order number. my email pretty much said "hey, i found out about this problem from this forum... take care of this guy, or you're gonna piss off alotta customers that shop at buy.com as a direct result of being on this forum"

    glad to see that everything turned out ok.
