Why is it only for African Americans? Do they have a different type of heart or something? That's kinda racist if you ask me.

Has absolutely nothing to do with racism. If you would do a web search for: African Americans, Heart Disease, Stroke. You will find that the population has a higher early death rate from heart attack/stroke. Sadly, there is an enourmous difference in stroke deaths. For African Americans, stroke is more common and more deadly. Younger African Americans are two to three times more likely to experience a stroke than their Caucasian peers and four times more likely to die from one. All minority groups, including Native Americans, Hispanics, and African Americans, face a significantly higher risk for stroke and stroke death than Caucasians. There is a known correlation between diet and heart disease/stroke. This Kit is designed to assist the African American Community in diet modification to prevent early heart disease and stroke. If you are not in one of the groups with a higher risk for early stroke/heart disease, count yourself lucky!
