No, he's not an inmate. He's just in the jail.

On the other hand, how do inmates get access to the ingredients and an oven to make cookies???????

About 3-4 inmates, chosen as trustees, have access to a full commercial kitchen (yes shanks, a.k.a. kitchen knives, included). They make all of the meals here; most from scratch. There is an individual hired by the Sheriff's office to watch over the inmates. At least for them, they don't stare at a cell all day long.

2. When my kids were teenagers, meal time at home was very much like meal time at work...go figure.
3. I got married less than 3 months after meeting him on the internet. We have been happily married for 12 years.
