I tried this and the total didn`t come to $17.41 I called Disney and was told the current price was $9.99. I mentioned the $5 coupon and they said the site is currently being updated and the price is $9.99
 
I think they figured out how cheap the coupon is making it. When I just went to the site it said it was down for maintenance, then when it came back the towels were 9.99. oh well!
 
I just called and they said "yes we noticed our pricing mistake and the price is 9.99." They should honor the price until it shows correctly on the website! I said are you going to fix it on the website? He said, yes, eventually, but 9.99 is the correct price. boo!
 
Here is my order...Total $25.94...Pretty good for 2 pairs swim trunks, 2 pairs shoes, 2 beach towels...$9 shipping fee not so good...oh well they are usually out of all this stuff at the So Cal stores.

I called their 800 # & they said it was a mistake on the website :( They still have some shoes that are a good deal. I am sad because I put some in my shopping cart & it showed up as 5.99 - I got greedy & went back to get more when "site down for maintenance" and now they are 9.99. oh well! - I think they should honor their posted price!

I purchased some of these beach towels about 10 days ago, and the price was $5.99-$4.99, so with these new coupon code they would be almost free-they don't like that! So, they had to increase the prices, but it's actually the same price as before. When I saw the offer, I went WOW, but when saw the new price of $9.99 I figured the trick. Thanks though...
 
Don't give up yet!

It did work for me (although not at the mistaken price). I got each towel for $4.99 after the discount. You have to put the code "Swim5" in the discount field and it will show later in your cart.

I noticed that for orders over $75, shipping was free, and there was no need to enter any code.

My order:

4 beach towels @ 4.99 each
Women's tankini @ 12.99
Boy's Rashguard swimsuit @ 7.99
7 PJ Pals sets @ 4.99 each
Women's Tee @ 7.99

TOTAL: 82.86 or 5.92 each!

Yeah, the front page on my search shows $5.99 but when you click to add it to the shopping cart the second page shows $9.99.

It worked for me

I was able to sneak in 9 stitch towels! Total $17.81. Even got my confirmation e-mail but when i tried to get the Nemo it had already been changed to 9.99:D

I am sooo pissed about this, my shipment was sent out and they had not correct my account, so I purchased 9 towels at 4.99 each and with shipping it came up to more than $80+. When I spoke to a customer service manager they said that they have every right to change the price, regardless of what I saw or purchased it at. I thought this was total highway robbery, going behind my back and changing the price. I wrote a nasty letter to the customer service department and cc: president, vp of consumer products, and vp of internet services!!! I hope their ears burn! disney is on my list!!
I included my invoice that was mis-calculated, images from the website with the listed 5.99 price and my letter!

When I did it, the prices came up $9.99 in the cart, and then I put the coupon code in. With this, first you have to push ADD then you have to go down a little and push APPLY. After that I had no problem I got two swimsuits, a beach bag, two flip flops and a pair of PJs shipped for $25! Loved this one! :claps:

:D Okay Spoofeers- I wanted to give you an updated, after my angry letter I hadn't heard back and so I send most of my shippment back to get my money credited back to my credit card. Heard back today from the customer service manager and she was a very nice person, that indeed felt sorry for the situation and told me that she would give me a credit for the amount of .99 cents each towel.

Good news- they will send back my shipment so I can keep the towels and get them at a final price of 99 cents.

Bad news- I paid almost $10.00 to send the shipment back.

Moral of the story....look before you leap...I should have waited a longer period of time before sending back the items but 30-day return policy...

Overall, I am satsified with my transaction with Disney, and I take back my harsh words. thanks for listening.
