Stimulus Plan Leaves Stocks Cold

I was watching the news this morning when Geithner came out to talk thinking it would be a historic moment.

I think the people were expecting a big change, but instead was left with a "we're in a very bad situation, trust us, we're going to try this"

On the bright side, it doesn't seem like they're not sugar coating anything anymore
