Not bad, I agree with mostly everything that he says. I run a computer repair business and I tried to deploy Firefox on the systems that I work on but I found that I was getting more complaints from my customers because it wasn't familiar, and I guess they were having compatibility issues. They don't like anything different. I used to use a combination of Spybot and SpywareBlaster which seemed to work well, along with Symantec Corporate virus protection. Recently, I have started using the beta version of Microsoft AntiSpyware in place of the Spybot/SpywareBlaster combination and it seems to work very well, although I'm alarmed because I think the beta version will be expiring soon, in which case I will probably get a lot of phonecalls from nervous customers.
Overall, good guide.
