Active Again ~ Two complimentary issues of Family Circle(Value Mags)

I think this one just keeps popping up--I did get it once a long time ago, but never a second time. And after submitting, the next page says "Navigation Cancelled." Could this be an old form or something? I remember it was from BB&B before also.

OK--maybe it did take my submission then. Now this is posted on the page:

Unfortunately the offer for a subscription to Family Circle has expired.
