I have just started playing soccer after about 10 years and an extra 20lbs. It is killing my joints, can anyone help me with advice on how to strengthen your joints, knees, and legs????? I'm not looking for endurance running, more stop and go. Also, what is the best thing to take to relieve all the soreness?? Thanks for your help.
