I would just like to say that Amazon.com rocks. Not only do they actually have happy CSRs (or damn good acting skills,) they will listen to you and actually take action. I called and complained about Microsoft trying to stiff me on a software rebate recently (after going 10 rounds with M$/Young America rebates) and the Amazon people were like "Wow, they suck, we'll refund your money, and you can keep the software, too." And just now I called because a DVD player I bought went down a few bucks in price (it hasn't shipped yet) and they credited my account on the spot with no hassles, and said they'd look into shipping my item faster.
I know these don't seem like much, but it's service like this that makes me come back over and over.
