Anyone who uses firefox, it is time to update!

only reason i hate updates is some of the extensions become outdated.
this time, looks like few were effected..

I don't know how I feel about a new download update each time a flaw is found. It is hard to put Firefox on a client's computer, and then have the client download a new version each time a flaw is found. (It really kills the clients that are on dial-up connections.) Are they going to start using *ugh* patches?

i agree with you, for clientele, id recommend sticking with IE.
you will have more of a chance of capturing more residual income from
your reformat and reinstalls. ;)

wheater or not they update they will have less threats then if they use ie

How you remember to bump this thread, I don't know... :)

I'm not sure if my computer is special.. but is anyone having any kind of issues with 1.06? Some forms seem to be shifted at times.. I can't click in it.. I have to click on top of it.. strange...

THis is from may, maybe the OP should put a date in the topic?

Mine is fine with new version I think. What kind of forms?

Well, the whole point was that O_loung1 was nice enough to update the thread to let us know that 1.06 is out.

Apparently with the next version (not 1.0.6) comes the ability of Firefox to download incremental patches instead of the entire program. That will be nice.

partial downloads would be nice. i searched for this thread instead of making a new one.. cuts down on the number of threads with the same topic over and over.

if you pay attention to the area on the right hand side, when it circled spade turns red, it means you need to update.

i have downloaded the deer park release for mac OS X. it does not seem any different from a general user perspective. looks same. feels same. works same.
unless there are things that have been changed which hard core techies would only understand
