If given the opportunity to travel into space, would you go?!?! Any particular planet/moon you are interested in visiting? Do you think the USA should increase our NASA programs, or decrease the funding to the same and stay put on ground? Just how "spacey" are YOU?!?! :wave:

Personally, I would love to travel into space! Just not sure I would want to do it under NASA's programs. Would love to see Saturn up close! But no doubt, would cram my nose to the glass to glimpse earth from space!:)
 
Rags...heck no.I am afraid of heights.
 
Nope, I wouldn't. I get car sick if I go long distances. I can't imagine a voyage in a shuttle. :tongue: :rofl:
 
i'll go up w/you rags. i think it would be absolutely amazing to go out into the unknown. the flight looks like fun and the photos that are taken are incredible. i cant imagine being able to see everything with my own eyes.
 
I wouldn't go, but I'd like to see the video and pictures. :05:
 
I'd definitely go, but bring Dramamine. Last year in Disney World I went on Mission Space and it was...incredible. To be able to experience outer space for real is one of my life goals (granted one that will never be accomplished but its still on the list.)

Nothing like two inches of metal separating you and certain death. Ive heard that you can hear the blood pulsing through your veins during an EVA. Dont know if thats true, but Id like to find out.

Wouldn't it be totally amazing!!!! I think the first five minutes might have my BP through the roof, but, if we make it through the first throttle up and roll over, hell we got it made!!!!!!!!!!! :wave:

I would LOVE to go up there! That is truly once in a lifetime experience. If Only I had 30 million dollars to buy the ticket.
 
I like traveling in outer space. But I don't like how government allocate so much fund on NASA while there are people suffering around the world :(

Around the world? What about here at home? Until our country is free of hunger and homelessness I dont think we should be worrying about the others around the world. After all, if you have a hungry family and your neighbor also has a hungry family, wouldnt you feed your own family first before worrying about the neighbor? I know I would.

But I digress and I get off topic.

right on!:bitter: we better start giving less and less of a rat's arse to other people in the world for now and boost our own wellbeing as a nation, which has very noticably been sinking deeper and deeper into self-propetuated abyss. Why the hell would our celebreties go and adopt an orphan after orphan from some other country? Don't we have enough needy children? Oh wait....:doh: of course, it's a publicity stunt. I don't hear about David Beckham wanting to adopt our orphan Katrina victim children :rant:
