att charges for like everything, SMS, etc... but I was wondering if they charged people for using bluetooth. Isn't bluetooh simple just activating your infared on your phone? So that means it doesnt go through the att wireless connection right? It just goes through your phone... so would it be free?

BlueTooth is a option enabling you to communicate with other BT enabled devices in order to send/recieve/Xchnage info. :\ BT has been around for a couple of years now..lol

there are ways to use BT to use the net.. like if ur cell phone has BT and u got a laptop and wanna hook up ur laptop to the net via ur phones dial up modem.. or ur laptop's modem usin ur mobile phone's account.. its possible.. or to share internet access..as if u were on a wireless network,,
