Genica Corporation Acquires Assets of CenDyne, Inc.

OCEANSIDE, Calif., Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- GENICA CORPORATION, a leading distributor of computer components, peripherals and accessories, today announced the company's acquisition of the principal assets of optical storage innovator CenDyne, Inc. The acquisition includes finished goods inventory, consignment inventory, raw materials, partner relationships and intellectual property, including the CenDyne name, associated trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.
