Everyone loves to view avatars so i decided that what would be better than rating them?
The rules are to post a rating and an explanation for the person above you's avatar.
The rating is 0-10 with 0 being the worst you have ever seen and 10 being the best you have ever seen.
You can give a reason if you so choose or just your rating, I will go first.
