Watch the limit of 2 on this, the rebate form says limit 2 but the ad says only 1 per household.

Thanks bigrick, I deleted the "limit 2" from the description. I'm sure they'll honor what's written on the rebate form, but better to be safe than sorry.

I seem to recall the original online ad stating limit 1 per household, however all documents I see now say 2 per household [Online ad, instore ad, instore printed staples rebate form].

Went to store and picked up two.. Filled out "Easy Rebate" form online.. All information for rebate submission was on "Rebate Submission Form" printed out at the checkout register.. After filling out the required info, it knew I purchased two packages and said I'd receive a rebate for $19.98.. No mailing/UPC label/stamps, etc., required.. Received an verification email a few minutes later.. Simplest rebate I've ever submitted..
