"Excludes video game hardware". So where is the line drawn between video game hardware and accessories? Do they only consider consoles hardware or do they also consider controllers, console storage upgrades, etc. hardware as well?
 
The hardware is only regarding the consoles itself. Anything like a controller, Microsoft point cards, A/V cables for the consoles, all are actual accessories.

If you wanted to but a 120GB hard drive for the 360, it would be eligible for this coupon, though at that point, it would be cheaper to get it online from a place that charges you no tax.
