Caller ID Spoofing

I knew it could be done, but didn't know until today that it will now be easier than ever to spoof caller ID. I wonder if there will be any type of authentication service in the future...

That's interesting. Didn't really read through it all, but I don't think it should be allowed.

In my opinion, people should have the right to screen their phone calls and everyone using a phone should have valid caller ID that shows that actual person or organization that's calling.

I bet they don't even do any type of background "check" at all other than the check they receive in the mail. I hope they get shut down quick.
