First clue is - 'Shoe Tying Trick'

All it takes is a kid with a little bit of video editing.

The trick does not start with the shoe untied, it starts with the shoe tied.

Don't tell the Magician's Union that I spilled the beans on this one.

diGriz is right - his shoe starts off tied but you cant see it because it is under his pant leg. He has an extra shoe lace that is sticking out at the bottom and more than likely he has control of it at the top of his pants - as he shakes his leg more - he pulls the string up out of view and unveils his tied shoe

There is a self tying shoelace trick. I have not bothered to look into it, but that is most likely what he was doing. I have seen it advertised on magic sites.
