Link worked earlier for me but is not available now, settlement was just announced today so maybe the site went active early. I expect it to be back up

Thanks. Do you get a claim number if it works? I hit submit and it just came back with some blue ink webpage links about what to fill out . . . but I already filled it out . . . confused . . .
