(1) The Winner will be eligible to participate, as a participant, in a Private VIP Camp with such Camp (the “Ride”) to be conducted on a four-day period during the period between October 19-20, 2006 and in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and receive a one (1) year supply (365 units) of PowerBar energy food bars and gels (the “Prize”).
