Well, I know it aint cheep, but the iRiver SlimX is the king of all MP3 CD players, sweetness, just sweetness......

Cost me $180 about a year and a half ago, prices have since then dropped to about $130. Good deal. Its the moter of all mp3 cd players....

There is a new line of Panasonic MP3 CD players that runs between $50 and $75. I have the cheapest one (cost me $53 after tax) and it runs super well.

thanks for the panasonic information. really they have cheaper rates.

i was trying to find something around 100 bucks which is able to play mp3 and wma and has a remote.

now this is where i can't find one at good price.
