Once I enter my information and hit submit it brings me back to the same page with everything as I entered it except my birthday (even though I entered it) and then when I fix my birthday it does the same thing again. :(

I just did tested this for you, big daddy, and it worked for me. I think you're hitting the "clear" button on the bottom right. to submit, click on the "submit" button on the bottom LEFT. should work for ya! :)

Even though I'd never make such a mistake, I went back and I had the same exact problem. Submit is spelled c-l-e-a-r, right? :D Maybe I'll have success from home. Like I really need this extender that badly. ;)
 
I had the same problem, but I finally figured out what it was. Enter you phone number without dashes. That should do it for ya!

I didn't enter my phone number because it was required, but that must be the problem. Thanks!

Update - it still didn't work even with a phone number. :banghead:

i thought maybe you couldn't see the button words b/c sometimes, buttons look like red x's for some folks - sorry, didn't mean to insinuate anything about your reading abilities :)

curious :confused: , i didn't input my phone# and it went through just fine for me . If you're trying to do this at work, maybe your company's computers are set up so you can't submit forms like this. anywho, i hope you have better luck @ home! :)
 
I got the same message

And then I watched the tutorial on how the megaroll thingy works and then it went through. Also, at first I was using Mozilla and then I used evil IE.
 
I had no problems. It says that I should recieve my sample in 4-6 weeks. Thanks PenPen you're the bomb.

Charmin Toilet Paper Extender

Apparently, some consumers are still not buying the "big rolls" or "double rolls" of toilet paper, because it is too tight on their toilet paper rolls. Charmin is giving away free 'extenders' to solve this problem. Limit 2 per household.
