11 cents per battery

I think this is a great deal. It comes out to less than 12 cents per battery, which is even cheaper than the 8 packs of 'Sunbeam' batteries at the dollar store. Even if they last half as long as the name brands, it's still a bargain. Nice find!

I used NexxTech batteries before, but I remember them having a gold color casing and not black. They work just fine and did surprising well. Definitely recommend it if you just can't live without disposable batteries.

If you want to do your part to save the environment (and a few bucks in the long run), I recommend low-discharge rechargeable batteries instead.

I purchased these earlier today and did in store pick up. When I went to pick them up they were only $4.10 so they refunded me the difference! I thought I was getting a great deal already but that was even better. Even if they last half the time it's worth it!

Same here (picked up today). Total price was ~$13.50 after tax, less than 10 cents per battery...
