Are Dual Layer DVDR's finallly coming down in price in retail chain stores or are they just clearing out last years stock?

I hope theyre coming down. I cant wait till I can just copy a DVD without compression and without ripping anything out. Also, Xbox games. Theyre on DLDVDs, so maybe we can just copy them too? The Xbox was an awesome system. The most 'versatile' system when it comes to hardware Tweaking/Software. You name it the Xbox pretty much had it all...

Anyway has anyone bought these memorex DVD's? If someone could post some media codes for thes discs that would be great
