Couple Arrested for Refusing to Pay Tip

I smell an unlawful detention lawsuit against the Lehigh Pub and the Bethlehem police department.

Yep. I'm thinking the business is being stinky.
 
Some places are crazy. I don't like to eat at Calabash Seafood restaurants at the beach, because you pay around $30 per buffet plate and then pay around $15 -$20 tip that is included in the price the waiter brings you.

Tip a buffet plate? I thought the whole idea of a buffet was serving yourself. The best buffets are in Las Vegas.
 
I think I'll try this at home, since we don't go out to eat. I'll make my hubby and kids pay a tip for the exceptional service they get.
 
Maybe I'm behind in the times, but I thought a gratuity was a free choice; when you got good service, you left a good tip, when you got bad service, no tip or a penny.
Shoot people, I'm lucky enough to have the money to go to a buffet, pizza place or burger joint maybe once every few months. Who can afford the prices when they want a huge tip when they don't do anything for you.
