One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two people to Nashville, TN, to attend the Songs of the Year Concert on November 5, 2006. The prize consists of round trip coach air travel for two people from the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence, standard double-room hotel accommodations for 3 days/2 nights, two tickets to the concert, two tickets to the Hall of Fame, use of a rental car (subject to all car rental agency qualifications and restrictions) and a Cracker Barrel-themed gift basket in hotel room including the Songs of the Year CD and gold cards. Expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Total approximate retail value (ARV") $3,000. Actual value will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates. Air carriers, hotels and other transportation selected by Sponsor. Winner or one of winner’s guests must be 25 years of age or older and must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in his/her state of residency, appropriate motor vehicle insurance, and a major credit card to secure the rental car. Optional services or items such as refueling or loss or damage waiver (LDW) are extra. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Trip must be taken at time of the Songs of the Year Concert, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations and for any travel insurance.

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. One prize per household. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, safety or security considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by Sponsor in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.
Winners will be notified by phone, email, postal mail or express mail at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Return of a prize notification or other documentation as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified in the notification letter or an alternate winner may be selected. If Grand Prize winner is 18 or older, as is required for entry, but not of the age of majority in state of residence, prize will either be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian, or parent or legal guardian must ratify and sign any and all documents required of winner. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion (or if a minor, a parent/legal guardian) must complete a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents.
