Great find! these use a hitachi microdrive, which cost twice as much as the player itself. photographers have been gutting these players for the microdrive and then using them in their digital cameras and such. the player also work with compact flash cards. however, it's not an externally accessible slot. you have to unscrew and open up the player to access the card. check it out in google. i think creative might have made the microdrive inaccessible outside of the player in a recent firmware though, so ymmv with this.
