I got this deal about a year ago. No problems. The speakers are pretty cheap, though. Don't sound good for music. Perfect if you don't care, or just need a basic set. You probably can't get better sound without spending $50 to $70.
Another plus is that they are small and the subwoofer won't take up all the space under your desk.
