It appears that the promotion code is the cause for the $0.00 price. I tried to buy both the men's and women's $50.00 and $52.50 sets, and the price was as advertised.

(I didn't realize the promotion code at first - duH!)

The site also mentions that I get free shipping (as a gift to me).

After trying to order with two credit cards, I get an message stating that there was an error processing my credit card. Perhaps the deal is dead? Or, perhaps the banks I use prohibit a charge of $0.00 to my account?

You have to buy the $50 on the $52 comes up 0.00, the $50 comes up 3.50

i get to the end of the order to enter the code, and the page just ticks but doesn't load
 
yep got mine to work :) thanks. I love curve :-D i also bought the girl one.. maybe give it out as a chrismas gift. No one will know i got it for under $4. That is if this ships. Cross your fingers.
 
I merged the orginal post I made for the coupon that is the cause for the error in case anyone really wants to be sure to get a deal on curve. The code came with the free keychain deal.

does anyone use this? smell good? i should check it out at the mall.. bought a men's and women's set. $3.50 x 2 = $7 total. hope they ship it =)

code doen'st work anymore.. if promo code worked, it wouldve told you the new total on the next page.. if not, you'll be paying $50+tax or whatever.
 
The deal only appear to work if you order both the $50 set and the $52.50 set

The code didn't work for me. However, it looks like they charged me $52. There is no customer service contact on that website. I called up Liz Clairborne and they said they are not affiliated with curvefragrances.com so they can't help me with anything.

Any suggestions - How can I avoid paying $52 and get my money back ?

I am in trouble now, i have submitted the order with a total of $52 as the coupon could no longer work. Does anyone know how can i cancel my order with them? Any number that i can call will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It's not exactly a customer service phone number, but it may be some place to start... The other thing you might want to do is just keep calling Claiborne until you get a straight answer from them. Unless I'm mistaken, this is their product, so they should be handling the service.

If you refresh the site, sometimes it will load and you can fire off an email to them. Hopefully that'll work to cancel orders.
 
The code is still working for me ... total 3.50 ... but regardless, to cancel an order give your credit card company a calll ... they have a phone number on file for every company that accepts their cards. Get the phone number from your credit card company, give them a call and cancel the order, if that doesn't work just tell your credit card company you need to cancel payment, then if you get the product do a return-to-sender on it.
