Unfortunately their site doesn't mention when this offer expires, so it'd probably be best to ask them about that.

Regarding the number of stamps, it does note that it's "for new customers only; one per person, household, address, email, or phone number." So if the stamps were going to the same location, however many you order, it seems only one would qualify for the free offer.
