Saw ad on TV

To request razor.
 
It's a refund if you're not satisfied with the razor.
They want you to send the razor back (without the blades), the UPC, the receipt and the reason for not being satisfied.

Interesting, the TV commercial says call to get your free razor. Says nothing about anything else.

I just called CS and was told that not sure why it was advertised on TV like that, because it was an up coming promotion. He took my information and said when it started I would be sent one.

SO WHO KNOWS! :confused:
 
I wish I got the person you talked to ... I called and they just told me it was a misprint.
