when I add the 25% off coupon, it works. But when I add the $60 off coupon, it doesn't work....

Indeed it doesn't work... Pretty sure it's another of those topped at $999 coupons.
Guess no regret not waiting for the 24" and getting the 20" for $464

I already have a 2405fpw that I purchased 2 weeeks ago for $899...

I just called them and they said they cannot do price-protection if it's coupons, etc... but the rep was nice and he offered me a $35 gift cert... but I kept haggling and he offered me a $75 gift cert... and finally, we agreed to a $90 gift cert.

60 off wont work because before the percent off the lcd is worth over 1000 dollars which is against the coupon rule.
