You dont get the 27 inch monitor, look again. It says I will select a 27 inch monitr from the big display section. It then cost and additional $1,119 for the monitor in the big display section. Eh and I got all excited:doh: .

Everyone needs to look closer and read it again...

I am not seeing anywhere this was posted as supposedly coming with the 27 inch monitor.

The only mention of the monitor was showing that you must delete the monitor from the deal in order to get the system for $619.

You just don't order the widescreen display

I just took advantage of a similar offer earlier last week, it included a smaller HD (80 Gig vs. 160) and a DVD burner (not a CD-R/W+DVD) for a few dollars more, and as other posted, you are deleting the bundled monitor by indicating you will select a widescreen display, but you don't select the widescreen monitor, and the system is shipped at the above price.

It is a very quiet system (mine arrive 3 days after my order was placed :claps: ), and the 8300GS video option is nothing to write home about, but it does appear to be the lowest-cost DirectX 10 card available presently. A nice feature on this desktop is the four included memory slots, allowing you to max out the RAM to 4 Gigs by simply adding two more 1 Gig DIMMs for less than $50/each at most retailers.

Great deal for light-weight non-builders, but I tried a Dell cheaper-than-I-can-build-it and it was barely worth the price I paid even with a so-called $320 instant discount. Their system components are too low-end for a demanding user, though perhaps someone with this particular motherboard/model can let us know if it's truely a performer.

Build one yourself if you can (still cheaper than buyer this model).
