No purchase necessary. Open only to residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of February 13, 2006. Game starts on February 13, 2006 and ends on June 29, 2006.
1. HOW TO PLAY
Log on to www.digiorno.com, click on the 'Free Throw, Free Pizza' game button, enter your email address to participate and follow the on-screen instructions to play the game. If your game message indicates that you are a winner, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize (subject to verification). If you are not a winner, you may return to www.digiorno.com once per day through the end of the game to play again. Limit one play per e-mail address/person per day.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Game open to residents of the United States who are 18 and older as of February 13, 2006, except employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Website developers, persons living in the same household and the families of each. This game is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations. Potential winners may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and publicity release within 14 days of attempted delivery. If any prize/prize notification is undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All prize claims are subject to verification.
3. PRIZES, MAXIMUM RETAIL VALUES AND ODDS OF WINNING
(10,000) Grand Prizes: One free DiGiorno Pizza (awarded as a free product coupon). MRV: $5.93. Odds: 1:25. Total maximum retail value of all prizes: $59,300. Actual odds depend on the number of game plays. The prizes are only as detailed above. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prizes. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one prize per person/family/household.
4. DISCLAIMER
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Game, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in the serving of game pieces in this game. If, in the judges opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the game, the judges reserve the right to void suspect game cards and/or terminate or suspend the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination or suspension.
