I really need a good digital camera for very cheap. I would like something tiny like an Elph but it is way too much. Please help me. I will buy used + coupon + rebate + begging + anything to get a very good deal/steal because I have no money. Thanks.

Canon Elfi 400 is a GREAT camera...

I mean you're pretty much expected to pay at least $300 now for a decent camera...

just got it...so wat does this thing use? memory card or built in memory?

It does have internal memory but you'll want to purcahse a memory card if you want to hold more than about ten pictures on it. For the Canon S200, any standard CompactFlash (most mainstream) card will do it. Spoofee has deals on CompactFlash cards a lot. On a deal, you can find a 256MB CompactFlash for about $25-$50.
